Yoga Fusion Class

A yoga class that combines styles looks like a fluid, adaptable session, combining elements of Hatha (static postures), Vinyasa (fluid transitions), Yin Yoga (long, relaxing poses) or even Power Yoga (intensity), offering a varied rhythm from calm to dynamic.
