"Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath." - Yogi Vishnu Panigrahi
vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga, also called "yoga flow", which synchronizes body movements with breathing in a continuous and graceful flow. The word "Vinyasa" in Sanskrit means "to sit in a special way", referring to the conscious connection of postures (asanas) with inhalation and exhalation. This style has become very popular in the modern world.
In a Vinyasa class, practitioners move from one posture (asana) to another in a fluid and harmonious way, coordinating each movement with the breath. Vinyasa Yoga has evolved and diversified, adapting to the needs and preferences of practitioners around the world, while still maintaining a close connection to Ashtanga Yoga through this coordination of movements with the breath.
Each class is different, and the poses flow coherently from one to the next. Flexibility and strength increase, muscles are defined, breathing strongly supports movement and non-movement (isometric poses).
Vinyasa Yoga teachers can create unique and varied sequences that adapt to the level and purpose of the classes.

"Exercises are like prose, whereas yoga is the poetry of movements." – Amit Ray
