Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

Cancellation

Classes can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.

No-show

If you do not attend the class and do not cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance, the payment is non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of class cancellation, provided that the cancellation conditions stated above are met.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a class subject to availability.
Rescheduling must be done at least 4 hours before the class start time.
If this time limit is exceeded, the class can no longer be rescheduled or cancelled. In this case, the class is considered forfeited and non-refundable.
