"Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life." - B.K.S. Iyengar
yoga fusion
A yoga class that combines multiple styles, often called fusion or hybrid yoga, integrates elements from various traditions to provide a holistic experience that develops physical strength, flexibility, and balance. These classes can vary significantly in structure while still maintaining a focus on the fundamental aspects of yoga practice.
Such a class has a coherent and balanced flow that adheres to the general principles of Yoga.
Although yoga has its roots in Indian philosophy, its context is universal, as it relates to the means through which we can foster the changes we wish to bring into our lives. The actual practice of yoga guides each individual in a different direction. This explains why, recently, the hybrid yoga style has gained so much popularity among practitioners in the modern world.
Usually, the class names reflect exactly what you can expect. For example, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow (the most common fusion), or Yin and Yang Yoga, and other combinations. What’s interesting is that no two classes ever feel the same, as they are always varied.
A hybrid yoga class (yoga fusion) offers a holistic experience, working on flexibility, strength, and endurance, making it suitable for a wide range of practitioners.

"A photographer gets people to pose for him. A yoga instructor gets people to pose for themselves." - Terri Guillemets
